IDDT PROGRAM LOCATOR

The service organizations listed in this database have received technical assistance from the Ohio SAMI CCOE for the implementation of the Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment (IDDT) evidence-based practice for people with co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders. Each IDDT program in the database is in a different stage of implementation. Some organizations have submitted a profile of their IDDT program, which we have included as a PDF file. A link to the PDF will appear after you select and submit your search criteria.

This database is primarily intended to foster interaction and learning among service organizations that are implementing IDDT, as well as those that are thinking about beginning the implementation process. Before you contact one of the programs in this database, we recommend that you contact us first, so that we may direct you to the program that most closely resembles the culture of your organization, community, and service system. We will also direct you to the program that will offer the best advice for your stage of implementation.
