Training event: IDDT implementation strategies for program leaders, team leaders

This two-day event on September 1 & 2 in Cleveland, Ohio is designed for program leaders and service-team leaders who are involved in the process of implementing a high-fidelity IDDT team. It offers practical ideas, resources, tools, and methods for succeeding with implementation. This event will emphasize interaction and collaboration among participants, who will engage in problem-solving and action-planning scenarios in small groups. Participants will also learn effective methods for quality supervision.
